| We have over 25 classes per week in a variety of yoga styles and levels from beginner yoga to an energetic, strengthening ashtanga yoga. We also offer kid s, pre- and post-natal (Yogi Baby), and and pilates. Our yoga instructors are trained and certified in different styles and schools of yoga, including ISHTA (vinyasa flow), Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and Kripalu.
