| I have been practicing hatha yoga since 1988 and enjoy teaching an eclectic blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Viniyoga styles. Each class consists of a total mind-body workout including cardiovascular conditioning, strength building, balance, flexibility, and relaxation utilizing aromatheraphy. I aslo teach classes at the Waxahachie YMCA. Come feel your stress and tension melt away!
